The Florida Gators softball team is headed back to the Women’s College World Series, thanks to a towering walk-off home run by freshman Jordan Matthews.
The Gators were losing 3-2 in the bottom of the seventh with two outs and two runners on base, and Matthews delivered an unbelievable opposite field home run.
The three-run bomb gave Florida the 5-3 win over Texas A&M. What a moment for Florida and what heartbreak for Texas A&M.
