Four years ago, Florida fans were introduced to Kadarius Toney when the Blount (Alabama) product dazzled playing quarterback in UF’s spring game. The former 3-star ATH played a utility role before settling in at wide receiver in his Gator career but when speaking to the media Wednesday after Florida’s Pro Day, Toney reminded reporters that he still has a strong arm.

According to Edgar Thompson of the Orlando Sentinel, Toney says he can “still” throw a football “80 to 90” yards, adding he could throw it 60 yards from his knee in high school.

Toney threw just six passes during his four seasons at UF, completing three. Two of those three completions were highlights. Toney threw a 50-yard pass to Tyrie Cleveland in 2017 at Kentucky. The following year, he threw the only TD pass in the Florida-Mississippi State game.

Perhaps we’ll get to see Toney show off his arm on a trick play or two during his NFL career.
