Florida’s narrow escapes against Tennessee and Kentucky have not been glossed over by some of the most well-known broadcasters in college football.

The issue was brought up by a Gators fan who tweeted to Tim Brando of Fox Sports and Kirk Herbstreit of ESPN that they should “keep picking against us each week.” Both broadcasters responded and put the fan in his place.

Florida, of course, beat Kentucky 28-27 after the Wildcats had two defensive blunders where they left Florida receivers wide open. That came a week after Florida won on a Hail Mary to beat Tennessee, 26-20.

All of that is against a backdrop of a quarterback carousel, and a massive investigation where nine Florida football players are facing 62 felony complaints in a fraud scandal.

The Gators take on Vanderbilt on Saturday in Gainesville.
