Kirk Herbstreit praises Florida defense in ranking of top players from Week 6
The Florida Gators picked up a huge win in The Swamp on Saturday afternoon, beating then-No. 7 Auburn 24-13.
The defense was especially good, holding the Tigers to 145 passing yards, 124 rushing yards and forcing 4 turnovers. The Tigers also were held to only 2 third-down conversions on 14 attempts.
Because of that defensive performance, ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit put the Gators at No. 2 on his list of top performing players from Week 6:

Can the Gators keep the good times rolling this weekend when they travel to Baton Rouge to take on LSU?
It won’t be easy, as the Tigers currently have the No. 1 scoring offense in football, averaging 54.6 points per game.
