Kyle Pitts made an eye-popping catch on Sunday that was even more impressive in slow motion as the former Florida Gators star captured the ball left-handed.

The play ultimately had more sizzle than substance as it went for 1 yard, and the Falcons went 3-and-out on their second possession.

Pitts has started 4 of the 6 games he’s appeared in this season, and has 22 catches for 251 yards and a touchdown in his 3rd NFL season. Pitts has bounced back from a knee injury in November that cut short his 2022 season.

Pitt’s rookie season was a splash, with 68 catches for 1,026 yards and a touchdown.

Pitts joined the Falcons after 3 seasons at Florida in which he made 100 catches for 1,492 yards (14.9 avg.) and 18 touchdowns in 32 career games. Pitts recorded 43 receptions for 770 yards (17.9 avg.) and 12 touchdowns in 8 games as a junior in 2020. He earned unanimous first-team All-America honors and the Mackey Award, given to college football’s most outstanding tight end.
