Kyle Pitts, slowly but surely, is becoming a scoring threat for the Atlanta Falcons.
The former Florida tight end caught just his 3rd touchdown reception of the season in Week 16 against the Indianapolis Colts, evening things up following a Colts touchdown by RB Jonathan Taylor.
Taylor Heinicke, who is filling in for benched Desmond Ridder, put the ball right over defenders to hit Pitts, who completed the 24-yard touchdown play. Check it out below:

Pitts has not been much of a red zone threat for Atlanta, but neither has anyone else for the Falcons. Atlanta has seen some of the worst QB play of any team in the league this season. And even though the above was only Pitts’ 3rd touchdown of the season, he’s now tied for the Falcons lead in receiving touchdowns this season alongside RB Bijan Robinson.
The Falcons have thrown for just 14 touchdowns through 14 and a half games.
