Marco Wilson, former Florida DB, snags first NFL interception and returns it for TD
A former Florida standout is shining under the national spotlight of Thursday Night Football.
Arizona Cardinals defensive back Marco Wilson recorded his first pro interception and took it to the house for a pick-6 against the New Orleans Saints.

The 23-year-old Wilson played at Florida from 2017-20. Wilson committed to Florida over other offers from programs such as Miami, Georgia, Ohio State, and USC. In 36 games for Florida, the 6-foot, 191-pound Wilson amassed 103 tackles and 3 interceptions. Wilson notched 36 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss and 3 interceptions as a redshirt sophomore.
The Cardinals drafted Wilson in the 4th round of the 2021 NFL Draft with the No. 136 pick. Wilson tallied 69 total tackles as a pro prior to Thursday’s contest.
