In his post-game press conference following a 34-10 win over Vanderbilt, Florida Gators head coach Will Muschamp announced that fifth-year defensive tackle Leon Orr is no longer part of the team.
Earlier Saturday night, it was reported by GatorZone.com that Orr was upset about not starting for the fifth consecutive game. According to Muschamp, Orr gave him an ultimatium and said he would leave if he didn’t start against Vanderbilt.
He left Nashville and returned back to Gainesville on a bus.
