O’Cyrus Torrence is in for a weather shock as the Florida offensive guard gets ready to suit up for the Buffalo Bills.

The 6-foot-5 and 347-pounder is from Greensburg, Louisiana, and played for the Ragin’ Cajuns before he transferred to Florida. Torrence admitted that the most north he’s been is probably Tennessee.

“I’ve got to get a jacket or 2 probably, some extra socks, but it ain’t gonna be too cold,” he said.

Torrence could ask some advice of another Gator-turned-Bill in Kaiir Elam, who just made the same move a year ago as a first-round pick of the Bills.

Torrence is excited to join the Bills because he knows his job will be to block for QB Josh Allen.

“The first thing that came to my mind was blocking for Josh Allen,” Torrence said Friday night shortly after being selected in the second round of the NFL draft, per the Associated Press. “And what offensive linemen don’t want to do that?”
