The University of Florida’s primary athletic logo from 1979 to 1994 (see below) is one of my personal favorite logos of any SEC school. It’s very unique, yet simple and consists solely of the school’s official colors.

As we all know, Florida uses the “Gators” script on their helmets as well as the current primary logo on the jerseys and pants. With these concept uniforms, I wanted to employ the former logo as well as giving the uniform a more old-school feel – similar to what Nike did in in 2006. I also wanted to blend in some modern trends that we see in the world of college football today.
