For the second year in a row, junior linebacker Alex Anzalone will miss the rest of Florida’s season due to injury, according to a report by SEC Country’s Zach Abolverdi.

Anzalone, the Gators’ second-leading tackler this year, broke his left arm in Saturday’s loss to Arkansas and will be shut down as a result.

Florida’s defense has dealt with several injuries to key players this season, but the loss of Anzalone is a big one. The linebacker missed 12 games last season after injuring his shoulder early in the year.
