The Florida Gators have already had two juniors — Dante Fowler and Tyler Moore — declare early for the NFL Draft, but it appears they can add one more name to the list.

GatorCountry.com reports that running back Matt Jones will forego his senior season and enter this year’s NFL Draft, according to multiple sources.

Jones led the team in rushing this season, racking up 817 yards and six touchdowns on 166 carries. At 6-foot-2, 235-pounds Jones has a NFL-type frame, but has struggled to remain healthy during his time at Florida. It’s likely that the dismissal of head coach Will Muschamp also made his decision to leave early a little easier.

According to WalterFootball.com, Jones is projected as a mid-round pick somewhere in the vicinity between the fourth and sixth rounds. He is ranked as the No. 14 rated running back.

He gained 1,431 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns on 297 carries over the course of his three-year career.
