Report: Florida starting cornerback suspended for Tennessee game
Florida cornerback Jalen Tabor has been suspended for Saturday’s game against Tennessee, sources have told Scout.
The original report also cites that two other players have been suspended, but they have not yet been identified. Tabor has 10 tackles, an interception and four pass breakups in three games this season.
Last fall, Tabor earned Freshman All-American accolades.
Earlier this season, first-year coach Jim McElwain suspended three players for the season-opener for a violation of team rules.
Update: Reports now indicate that backup quarterback Treon Harris will also be suspended for Saturday’s game.
