In June, college football recruits will be able to take official visits to campus for the first time since March 2020. Dan Mullen’s staff has wasted no time in setting up a big recruiting weekend in Gainesville.
According to Rivals’ Gator Territory, seven prospects are already set to visit UF the weekend of June 4. The current visitor list features quarterback pledge Nick Evers and six uncommitted prospects: 5-star S Jacoby Mathews, 4-star WR Evan Stewart, 4-star DT Christen Miller, 4-star OT Tyler Booker, 3-star WR Jayden Gibson and 3-star DL Chris McClellan.
Evers, out of Flower Mound, Texas, is sure to in the ear of Stewart, an elite pass-catcher and fellow Texan. The UF QB commit was quick to reach out to Stewart after the wide receiver’s decommitment from the in-state Longhorns.
