Florida tight end Kyle Pitts had a tremendous performance against Ole Miss last Saturday, making 8 catches for 170 yards and 4 touchdowns during the Gators’ 51-35 win over the Rebels in Oxford.

That level of production is impressive for a wide receiver, let alone a tight end. And with 54 catches for 649 yards and 5 touchdowns last year, the Gators junior can only further his reputation as the country’s top player at that position.

“The stiff arm that Pitts has is ridiculous,” Gator great and SEC Network analyst Tim Tebow said on a Thursday afternoon Instagram Live video, according to 247Sports.com. “He’s gonna give it to about eight to 10 dudes this year. They’re gonna look so silly.”

Fellow SEC Network analyst Jordan Rodgers agreed with the sentiment.

“(In) the LSU game (last year), Kyle Pitts was doing some things on (LSU cornerback Derek Stingley),” Rodgers said. “He’s a problem whoever lines up. I mean he is, he’s going to be a guy that will be a first-round draft pick because he’s so dynamic.”
