Former Clemson running back was special in college, and he’s trending towards making a major impact in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguars this season.

His brother, Trevor, is a freshman running back at Florida. Etienne told reporters he was excited for him, but admitted he never thought he’d get here.

His reasoning why isn’t exactly what you’d think.

“It was an amazing feeling (seeing him play versus Utah), man. Just seeing the development, seeing him grow. Growing up with him he was a fat kid so I never thought he would be playing running back for the Gators,” Etienne said with a laugh. “Just hyping , seeing how good he is seeing how much work he puts in on his off time so, I’m just really excited to see his development throughout the year.”

Trevor Etienne totaled 5 carries for 64 yards in Florida’s 29-26 win over No. 7 Utah.
