The Florida Gators needed it in the worst way.
Senior DB Duke Dawson returned an INT for the Gators first TD of the season. Michigan QB Wilton Speight threw a pretty good pass to the Wolverines’ WR, but the receiver tipped it in the air. That allowed Dawson to pick it off and return it for a TD.
Dawson now has three career pick-sixes. Brandon Spikes holds the school record with four.
Dawson’s pick-six tied the game up at 10-10.
