The New York Jets loaded up on former SEC stars in the 2017 NFL Draft, selecting LSU S Jamal Adams, Florida S Marcus Maye and Alabama WR ArDarius Stewart in the first three rounds.

All three have made impacts on the team already, and on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, Maye snagged his first interception.

As you can see in the video below, the Browns were driving toward the end zone, but Maye stepped in front of a DeShone Kizer pass to end the scoring threat:

If the Jets are going to turn things around defensively, Adams and Maye are going to need to be big parts of the secondary.

Maye showed he has the ball-hawking skills necessary to make big plays, now he just needs to do it on a more consistent basis.
