Aaron Murray getting called out for CBS broadcast of Georgia at Auburn

Aaron Murray was on the call of the CBS broadcast of the Georgia-Auburn game on Saturday, and former Auburn defensive lineman Nick Fairley was quickly referenced at the top of the show for his treatment of Murray when they were players.

However, as Georgia pulled away from Auburn, fans began to realize that the former Georgia quarterback appeared to react differently than earlier in the game. But Georgia fans also complained about his commentary. While others noted that Murray may have tried too hard to make pro-Auburn comments so he didn’t appear to be biased toward Georgia.

Several fans, including one who supports Alabama, noted that the booth conversation was around Bo Nix, but Murray then shifted it to praise Georgia QB Stetson Bennett.

Other fans also noted how they missed Gary Danielson because of Murray’s performance.
