Former Georgia quarterback and offensive coordinator Mike Bobo is starting to feel pressure as the head coach at Colorado State, according to FootballScoop.

A 31-24 loss to Boise State spelled the end of the 2019 season for the Rams on Friday, finishing 4-8. This comes after a 3-9 2018 season in Bobo’s fourth year.

Bobo’s first three seasons all finished at 7-6 with bowl losses, but seven wins in the past two seasons looks like it will not be enough to save his job.

Bobo was on Georgia’s staff from 2001-2014, first as the quarterbacks coach then offensive coordinator. The former Bulldog went to Fort Collins for his first head coaching job in 2015.

Georgia head coach Kirby Smart and Bobo overlapped as players in Athens, although they were on different sides of the ball. Could Bobo head back home to join his former teammate and help an offense that has struggled as of late?
