Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green told ESPN on Thursday that he is ready for “all potential outcomes” at the trade deadline this season. But Bengals first-year head coach Zac Taylor only expects one thing to happen when it comes to Green.

Taylor says the team will not be trading their top wide receiver.

The seven-time Pro Bowl receiver hasn’t played yet this season because of a left ankle injury, and without him, the Bengals have begun the 2019 season 0-5. Cincinnati is ranked 26th in total yards.

The Bengals are actually ninth in passing yards but that’s largely because they have a lot of passing attempts and accumulate yards in garbage time late in games. Cincinnati is tied for 21st in yards per pass attempt.

In nine NFL seasons, Green has 602 receptions, 8,907 yards and 63 touchdowns in 111 games. He made the Pro Bowl each of his first seven NFL seasons.

Green posted 166 catches, 2,619 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns in three seasons at Georgia from 2008-10. Coming out of Georgia, he was the No. 4 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft.
