Credit Dan Lanning for finding a way to make meetings exciting for the Bulldogs in Athens.

Team meetings, especially in the spring, can be one of the more arduous tasks assigned to college football players. Any way to mix them up and make them engaging is likely welcome by players from across the nation.

Turns out, not only is Lanning an elite defensive mind, he’s pretty clever when it comes to increasing the energy level of his players in Athens.

In a recent video shared by defensive backs coach Jahmile Addae, Lanning can be seen getting physical with his players before they enter a team meeting.

While he had a pad to protect him, Lanning appeared to take the majority of the blows delivered in this video.
