David Pollack: Georgia's coming, this dynasty could be starting right now
Is it too soon to forecast Kirby Smart’s budding Georgia program into a dynasty? Not if you ask ESPN analyst and former Bulldog great David Pollack.
During a recent appearance on ESPNU Radio on Sirius XM, Pollack stated his belief that we could see a changing of the guard in the SEC on Monday. Provided the Bulldogs win the National Championship Game, that may not be much of a stretch.
“Georgia’s coming, there’s no denying that. This might change the guard quicker than we think,” Pollack said. “This matters to the SEC East probably the most. The SEC East hasn’t been great at all.”
However, calling UGA a dynasty becoming winning a single championship? Pollack had this to say:
“It may just say this dynasty for Georgia is going to start right now and we might be slowing down Alabama and speeding up Georiga.”
