Drew Bobo, considered a 3-star recruit by 247Sports, grew up in Athens while his father was part of the Bulldogs’ staff under Mark Richt as quarterbacks coach before adding offensive coordinator duties. Mike Bobo, of course, was a former Bulldogs quarterback and was college roommates with Kirby Smart.
