Former Georgia DB JR Reed went undrafted in the 2020 NFL Draft. But, the ex-Bulldog wasn’t unemployed for long.

He signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars’ practice squad ahead of the 2020 campaign, but spent most of the season with the Los Angeles Rams, being activated to the 53-man roster in November.

In 2021, Reed started the year on the Rams’ practice squad before ending up with the New York Giants to end the season. Now, on Monday, the Denver Broncos announced they were signing the former Bulldog standout:

In his 2 NFL seasons, Reed has appeared in 16 games and has recorded 15 total tackles. The Broncos are reloading this offseason, so we’ll see if Reed can carve out a role for himself in the Mile High City this fall.
