Georgia announces team captains, Senior Day honorees for Saturday
The Georgia Bulldogs will honor their seniors Saturday before they face the Charleston Southern Buccaneers, which is not a surprise. After all, it is the Bulldogs’ last home game of the season before they head to Atlanta to face Georgia Tech next Saturday.
What may come as a surprise is that juniors Zamir White, Kearis Jackson, Warren Ericson, John Fitzpatrick, Jack Podlesny, and Owen Condon will also be honored Saturday.
Head coach Kirby Smart explained his decision. “I’d rather have them all walk and decide what they want to do than not walk.”
Below is the list of players that will be honored Saturday.
Players based on this going through ceremony Saturday that aren’t seniors on roster include Zamir White, Kearis Jackson, Warren Ericson, John Fitzpatrick, Jack Podlesny and Owen Condon.
