Georgia is hosting South Carolina in the first weekend of conference play in the SEC. Friday’s series opener was pushed back to Saturday as part of a doubleheader. The Gamecocks won both contests Saturday by scores of 5-4 and 12-2.
The Dawgs are now 13-6 in 2023. UGA will look to avoid the sweep and get its first conference win of the year. The series finale is set for 3 p.m. ET, airing on the SEC Network.
We’ll see if the change in uniforms leads to some different luck.
So far, they’re not helping.
Nope. We are really good. I went to the 1st game yesterday. We finally have hitters this year.
South Carolina looks to be back in baseball. Playing really well.
