Georgia defense draws rave reviews after allowing only 7 first-half points to Kentucky
Georgia’s defense has been elite this year. Entering Saturday’s game against undefeated Kentucky, the Bulldogs has allowed only 33 points in 6 games and only 2 offensive touchdowns.
So, when Kentucky scored in the second quarter to trim its deficit to 14-7, it felt like a significant event.
Here was the touchdown play, dialed up by first-year Kentucky OC Liam Coen from the 1-yard line:

Fans and media members took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the Georgia defense. Some pointed out how incredible it is that the Dawgs have only allowed 3 touchdowns this year:
Georgia’s defense is so good giving up a TD seems catastrophic. Lol .. this is an example of “you can’t win for losing”…
