The Georgia Bulldogs are going to have a key opening on their men’s basketball staff this offseason.

According to AJC.com, Joe Scott is leaving Tom Crean’s staff for the head coaching job at Air Force.

AJC.com received a statement from Air Force, where Scott thanks the school for the opportunity to serve as head coach:

“I would like to thank Nathan Pine for the opportunity to return to the Academy, as we pursue our common goal of reenergizing Air Force basketball,” Scott said in a statement from the school. “Thank you to our superintendent, Lt. Gen. Jay Silveria, members of the search committee and everyone else at the Academy connected with the search process. It was a first-class operation all the way.”

This will be Scott’s second stint at Air Force. He coached the Falcons from 2000 to 2004, going to the NCAA Tournament in 2004.

Scott has also been the head coach at Princeton and Denver.
