No. 1 Georgia will aim for an undefeated record heading into the SEC title game when it takes on rival Georgia Tech Saturday.

Georgia announced the team captains for the rivalry clash and it’ll be quarterback Stetson Bennett, running back Kenny McIntosh, safety Chris Smith, and defensive lineman Warren McClendon.

Georgia is coming off a 16-6 victory at Kentucky to finish the SEC slate unblemished. The dominant Georgia defense held Kentucky scoreless through 3 quarters. Kentucky finished with 295 total yards. Smael Mondon Jr. led Georgia with 11 tackles and Kelee Ringo had a 45-yard interception.

Georgia-Georgia Tech is set for a noon ET kickoff and will be televised on ESPN. Georgia holds the advantage in the all-time series 69-41-5, with victories in the last 4 matchups. The largest margin of victory in the series for Georgia was a 52-7 win during the 2019 season.

Georgia will meet LSU in the SEC Championship Game on Dec. 3 at 4 p.m. ET (CBS).
