Georgia is amped up for the national championship Monday night against TCU. But one more thing that could send the Bulldogs over the edge is a hype video narrated by Vince Dooley.

That’s what was released on Sunday night.

“Life as a Bulldog has always been something very special,” Dooley said on the video. “It’s much easier sometimes to try to get there, than to be there and hold on to it and defend.”

Dooley, Georgia’s legendary coach who led the Bulldogs to the 1980 national championship, died in October.

With clips of Kirby Smart from the locker room, the video also shares Dooley comments that add that Georgia will battle an opponent for 60 minutes.

“They’re going to play you together, I’ll assure you of that,” Dooley said.

Georgia is trying to become the first school to repeat as champs since Alabama a decade ago, and the first to go back-to-back in the 9-year history of the 4-team playoff.
