Georgia basketball forward P.J. Horne entered the NCAA transfer portal, per 247Sports.

The Bulldogs will be losing Horne after two seasons with the program. Horne missed the entire 2021-2022 season with a knee injury.

Horne made his way to Georgia before the 2020-2021 season as a transfer from Virginia Tech. He played three seasons at Virginia Tech prior to transferring to Georgia. In his lone season of playing for Georgia, Horne averaged 8.5 points per game with 3.4 rebounds per game in 2020-2021.

Horne will be searching for his third school. He will receive immediate eligibility as a graduate transfer. As a Bulldog, Horne’s single-game scoring high was 21 points against Mississippi State on Dec. 30, 2020. He reached double figure scoring totals 11 times at Georgia.

Georgia will be losing a player with five years of college experience.
