Georgia is gearing up for what Bulldogs fans hope is a run to a national championship in the College Football Playoff, but the team is also dealing with players entering the transfer portal.
Merely hours after winning the SEC Championship Game, wide receiver Michael Jackson III announced his intentions to transfer from Georgia. On Monday, Nitro Tuggle is reportedly following that move.

Tuggle finishes his freshman season with 3 catches for 34 yards. In the win against Tennessee, he had 2 catches for 25 yards.
He was a big-time prospect in the 2024 class, as he was a 4-star prospect according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. He was the No. 2 prospect from Indiana and was the No. 102 overall ranked player in the class.
He chose Georgia over LSU, Auburn, Miami and Ole Miss among many others, and he figures to be a highly sought out prospect. The Bulldogs now have had 3 players announce they intend to enter the portal, as DB Julian Humphrey announced on Dec. 1 he was.
While players have been announcing their intentions to enter the transfer portal over the last couple of weeks, Monday is the first day underclassmen are officially entering the portal.
