Georgia just signed one of the top freshman quarterback prospects in Jacob Eason, and in his first-ever collegiate game, he helped orchestrate the Bulldogs to a 33-24 victory over North Carolina.

But Georgia certainly isn’t satisfied at the position.

Class of 2018 quarterback Trevor Lawrence is a notch above literally everybody else according to 247 Sports. The website has Lawrence as not only the No. 1-ranked quarterback in his class, but he is the top overall player, period.

And it’s down to Georgia and Clemson for his signature.

As mentioned earlier, the Bulldogs may have Eason for right now, but teams can never have enough five-star talent.

Not only will the five-star signal caller win a national championship, but he’ll win the Heisman Trophy at Georgia, too. Sign me up.

Lawrence stands at 6-foot-6 and is from Cartersville, Ga. The Bulldogs don’t want a prospect of his caliber leave the state.
