Georgia has plenty of scholarships available after nearly every men’s basketball player from last season entered the transfer portal.

Now, as Mike White works to put his first Georgia roster together, he’s showing interest in a couple of key transfers.

First up is Dayton transfer Elijah Weaver, who is also drawing interest from UCF, USF and Appalachian State:

Weaver appeared in 22 games for Dayton last year, starting 5 of them. He averaged 6.6 points, 1.6 assists and 1.2 rebounds per night.

Next up is Corey Floyd Jr., a transfer guard from UConn. Georgia will compete with Providence, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Temple, Iona, Wake Forest, Pitt, DePaul, Fairfield and NC State for Floyd’s commitment:

Floyd didn’t appear in any games this past season as a freshman.

White has plenty of spots to fill, so we’ll see if he can bring either of these guys to Georgia.
