Georgia had a little good fortune on its side to gather its 2nd interception of the afternoon against Ball State.

The Bulldogs hadn’t quite looked themselves in the early stages of their game against the Cardinals at Stanford Stadium. However, a punt return for a touchdown, coupled with a Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint scoring grab and a pretty Dillon Bell run has them up 21-0 as they appear to be pulling away.

The Bell scoring play was set up with a rather odd interception by Chaz Chambliss. Ball State Kadis Semonza’s pass hit off the foot of receiver Maximus Webster and into the hands of Chambliss. Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

Georgia was in the end zone 2 plays later. After Carson Beck connected with Oscar Delp for a 9-yard completion, Dillon Bell juked a defender and scored from 21 yards out.

The Bulldogs look to be in control after a shaky start to the game. It’s currently on the SEC Network.
