James Cook recovers fumble like a basketball in closing minutes of Bills' loss
James Cook looked like he was playing a different sport Monday night in the final minutes of the Buffalo Bills loss to Denver.
Looking for a late touchdown, Josh Allen handed off to Cook, who busted through the middle and looked poised for a big run. He then fumbled the ball, it bounced on the turf and came back up into his hands. It looked like the running back was playing basketball as he made his way down the field for a big run and it gave fans a highlight like they’ve never seen before.
