Georgia freshman KD Johnson had to wait a while for NCAA issues to clear up before he was allowed to play last season.

But, when he did play, he had moments of brilliance, showing a knack for hitting big shots and making important plays.

However, like many key Bulldogs this offseason, he has entered the NCAA transfer portal and will explore his options moving forward. And, it seems we’ll only have to wait a couple more days for his decision.

Per college basketball insider Jon Rothstein, Johnson’s mother said her son will announce his decision on Wednesday:

Johnson appeared in 16 games last season, coming off the bench in all of them. He averaged 13.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.2 assists per contest.

Where will he end up playing this next season? We’ll find out before the end of the week, it seems!
