The Georgia Bulldogs and Kirby Smart are celebrating Monday night!

The nation’s No. 4 RB Kendall Milton (Clovis, Ca.) has committed to Georgia over offers from Alabama, LSU and Ohio State, among others. The 6-foot-2, 230-pound bruiser is ranked as the nation’s No. 22 overall prospect and the state of California’s No. 6 overall prospect for the class of 2020, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.

It appears that Milton’s decision came down to Georgia or LSU, with the Bulldogs winning out during Monday night’s live announcement on CBS Sports.

Obviously, another 5-star will boost Georgia’s already loaded class, which ranked No. 5 prior to Milton’s commitment. Specifically, it adds a big piece to Georgia’s recruiting class that wants to sign two talented backs this recruiting cycle.

At 230-pounds, Milton is more of a throwback player when compared to most backs. He’s the type of RB that defenses hate facing in the fourth quarter.
