Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs are going for their second-straight national championship on Monday night in Los Angeles against TCU.
But Smart and his staff know that the Horned Frogs’ defense is going to present some challenges for Georgia’s talented offense.
On Sunday, Smart and TCU coach Sonny Dykes had a joint press conference as part of the College Football Playoff media day, and Smart had plenty of praise for TCU’s defense:
Georgia head coach Kirby Smart on the challenges presented by TCU's 3-3-5 defense: "It allows you to have more depth on your defense … Take all the scheme out. It's how you play and how you strike people."
Smart credited how TCU plays defense as "a thing of beauty"
