Kirby Smart provides latest update on injured Georgia WR AD Mitchell

Georgia head coach Kirby Smart has been hopeful to get wide receiver AD Mitchell back since he originally came down with an injury during the contest against Samford earlier this season, but his status has remained mostly the same ahead of Week 13.
Smart describes Mitchell as similar to the way he was in previous weeks.
“AD was similar last week to the way that he was in previous weeks,” Smart told reporters. “He was able to reach some speeds and do some running but he wasn’t able to practice with the team. And that’s the goal each week. To get him out there 11on11 and do some reps.”
Mitchell saw limited action in the 42-10 win over Auburn back on Oct. 8, but has not dressed out or played in a game since then.
