Mark Richt was Georgia’s head football coach from 2001 to 2015, going 145-51 with the Bulldogs. Then, he coached at Miami from 2016 to 2018.

Now, he’s back in the Athens area, according to a post he shared on Twitter on Tuesday.

As you can see below, the Richts showed off their new house in the Athens area, saying it’s nice to be back closer to family:

According to OnlineAthens.com, the Richts had been living in Destin, Florida, after he retired in 2018. Mark Richt confirmed they’ll split time between Athens and Destin.

We’ll see if Richt becomes involved in Georgia athletics in some way moving forward.
