Kirby Smart and Steve Sarkisian face off Saturday afternoon in the SEC Championship game, and ahead of the pivotal matchup the pair sat down with SEC Network to preview.

But the best moment of the interview came when the crew were not talking ball. When asked what gift either coach would get a fellow coach in the SEC, Smart replied “”I think I would get Lane Kiffin a flip phone with no texting allowed. I would keep it where he couldn’t text, he has to call somebody.”

Kiffin replied to Smart’s comment early on Saturday with the following on social media:

The winner of Georgia vs. Texas in Atlanta gets to wait until after Christmas to play their first game of the College Football Playoff. Obviously, both the Longhorns and Bulldogs appear safe to crack the field win or lose, but earning the conference title and not having to play another game in December is a massive advantage.

Georgia took care of business the first time around, even with Carson Beck struggling with 3 interceptions. But as we all know, it’s tough to beat the same team twice – and Texas enters this matchup with all the momentum.

The SEC title game is set for 4 p.m. ET on Saturday, on ABC.
