Georgia’s depth chart has apparently been hit at two different positions at once, as senior quarterback/punter Brice Ramsey has reportedly announced his decision to transfer from the program.

News of Ramsey’s transfer was first reported by Rusty Mansell of Dawgs247. Ramsey plans to transfer in May following his graduation. As a graduate transfer, Ramsey will have one season of eligibility left and will be immediately available to compete at his next destination.

Although he signed as a top quarterback recruit, Ramsey’s main contributions to the team the last two seasons has been at punter — where he started in 2015 and 2016. In his three seasons in Athens, Ramsey threw for 582 yards, four touchdowns, and four interceptions. Ramsey did not attempt a pass last season.
