Report: Todd Gurley carted out of stadium after game with knee injury

Late in the game against Auburn, Georgia’s star running back Todd Gurley came down awkwardly on a run and immediately showed some signs of pain near his left knee.

He was taken out of the game as trainers attended to his injury. The former Heisman Trophy candidate went back to the locker room prior to the end of the game and multiple media members reported that Gurley was taken in a cart out of the stadium.

It appears Gurley being taken to hospital for X-rays. Malcolm Mitchell is with him for moral support, I presume, as he didn’t look hurt.

Gurley ran for 138 yards and one touchdown on 29 carries in Georgia’s 34-7 win.
