There are only a handful of players on Georgia’s roster that were around the last time the Bulldogs lost a game.

With its now 29-game winning streak, Georgia hasn’t lost a game since the 2021 SEC Championship. For the players that were around from that loss, they remember the pain that came from it.

“I can recall just some of the pain that were in the seniors’ eyes after that game, and just how bad they wanted that,” offensive lineman Sedrick Van Pran said during the SEC players teleconference on Monday. “It’s something that I definitely still hold dear in my heart, not being able to get those guys an SEC Championship their senior year, just a memory from that game for sure.”

But now Van Pran and Georgia are looking to avenge that loss and earn another SEC Championship. The Bulldogs will face Alabama in the SEC Championship on Saturday with a chance to extend its win streak to 30 games and just about guarantee a spot in the College Football Playoff.

Alabama will be leaving everything out on the field as it guns for a win to try and land a spot in the CFP.
