Stetson Bennett struggled throughout the Peach Bowl against Ohio State as he appeared to suffer a leg injury in the first half, and by late in the game short-armed a swing pass to Ladd McConkey.

The Georgia quarterback began the game 17-for-28 passing for 255 yards, and also had a rushing touchdown. However, throughout the game, Bennett appeared to be rattled, and didn’t play with the kind of moxie Georgia fans have grown used to in recent years.

Bennett briefly bounced back in the fourth quarter when he found Arian Smith for a 76-yard touchdown to cut into Ohio State’s lead. A Buckeyes defender slipped, and Smith and Bennett took full advantage to pull within 3 points thanks to a 2-point conversion.

Bennett and Georgia began a drive with 2:25 remaining and Ohio State leading by 6 points.

And after 4 plays, Bennett found AD Mitchell for a 10-yard touchdown to give Georgia a 1-point lead with 54 seconds remaining. But Ohio State went down the field and missed a game-winning field goal attempt with 8 seconds remaining.
