The Braves are back at Truist Park after going 5-1 at Washington and St. Louis to open the 2023 season. Atlanta is hosting the San Diego Padres for a 4-game series.
Bennett and the Braves have given sports fans in Georgia a lot to celebrate over the past 2 years. Atlanta started the party in 2021 with a World Series win, the franchise’s first since 1995. Bennett led the Bulldogs to back-to-back national championships for the 2021 and ’22 seasons.
Bennett has been gearing up for the 2023 NFL Draft, which begins in 3 weeks.
