Former Georgia OLB Leonard Floyd was the first player from the SEC taken in the 2016 NFL Draft, going No. 9 overall. The Chicago Bears are proud of their pick, producing a video showing why Floyd deserves to be considered for NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year.

The video notes that through Week 14, Floyd is first among rookies with 7 sacks, despite playing only 10 games. He also has 5 tackles for loss and 8 quarterback hits on the year. Those stats make for quite the impressive highlight package featured in the video above.
