Every year, new NFL players find ways to surprise their parents and loved ones with their newfound money.
On Thursday, it was former Georgia star Mecole Hardman’s turn to take care of his mom. And he did so by buying her a new house.
The new Kansas City Chief, selected with the No. 57 overall pick in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft, showed off the surprise on Twitter:

Videos like this will never get old. It’s such a great thing for Hardman to do for his mom to thank her for all her hard work.
Now Hardman’s work has paid off, and we’ll see how he fares in his first year in the NFL this fall.
